Audio Visual's Egypt Speaker Services teams combine the functionality of a standard speaker ready room with the efficiency and versatility of computer networking to give speakers access to their audiovisual team via email, internet and voice before the event begins

Speakers can submit their presentations prior to the event on-line, where AV EGYPT has a secure server that enables stable upload of large presentations

Meetings are customized to allow speakers to create a user profile in case of additional submissions or revisions, and once your presentation is uploaded you'll receive a confirmation. At the event, speakers can visit the on-site Speaker Ready Room to make any necessary changes and practice their presentation
