Most service repairs are handled locally because The Audio Visual Egypt is an authorized service center for the majority of the equipment that we sell. Our service/installation department is the largest in Egypt. Our multi-skilled service repair staff can repair anything from a basic overhead projector to the very sophisticated video equipment on the market today. In addition we offer service contracts for equipment that is no longer under warranty. These service contracts are customized to match the unique needs of our customers.
Our technicians provide the servicing and repair of professional and broadcast cameras, monitors, and VCR's and other video equipment on a routine basis. Throughout the year Sony, Panasonic and other major manufacturers will conduct workshops for these technicians to reinforce skills learned at previous workshops and to introduce them to the latest technology that has been developed. We take pride in knowing that our staff is one of the most highly trained in Egypt.
